The agriculture power tiller is a compact, high-efficiency farming machine designed for small-to-medium farmland, ideal for soil preparation, weeding, and ridging.  Product Structure

The power tiller features a modular design, with key components tailored for durability and practicality:

- Power Unit: Equipped with a 5–15 HP gasoline or diesel engine. It includes a fuel tank  and an air filter to prevent dust intake, ensuring stable operation in dry, dusty farm environments.

- Transmission System: A gearbox with 2–3 forward gears and 1 reverse gear, connected to a clutch. This allows adjustable tilling speed  to match different soil types .

- Working Attachments: A detachable tiller head with 4–6 curved tines for soil turning. Optional attachments include a ridger for vegetable farming and a weeder for post-planting maintenance.

- Frame & Controls: A lightweight steel frame with a foldable handlebar. The handlebar has integrated throttle, clutch, and gear levers, enabling one-hand operation for easy maneuvering between narrow crop rows.

Usage Method

Operating the power tiller requires minimal training, following 4 simple steps:

1. Pre-Operation Check: Add fuel and engine oil to the specified levels; inspect tines for damage and tighten loose bolts to avoid breakdowns during use.

2. Start-Up: Set the gear to “neutral,” pull the choke , and pull the recoil starter rope until the engine runs smoothly. Adjust the choke back to “normal” after 1–2 minutes of warming up.

3. Tilling Operation: Engage the clutch, shift to the desired forward gear, and lower the tiller head to the target depth ). Walk behind the machine, guiding the handlebar to keep the tiller moving in a straight line.

4. Shut-Down: Release the clutch, shift to “neutral,” turn off the engine, and raise the tiller head. Clean tines with a brush to remove soil buildup, which extends their lifespan.
