They are particularly suitable for large commercial orchards—whether growing apples, pears, or peaches and other temperate fruits—their massive 790-800 mm fan provides a greater horizontal spraying distance, ensuring even coverage of tall, dense canopies.
- Our airflow sprayers are designed specifically for orchard operations, redefining the precision and durability of crop protection. Their core component is a robust power take-off shaft with a plastic sheath, ensuring safe power transmission while protecting internal components from dust and debris. The machine frame features a compact, painted iron structure reinforced with high-quality steel components, balancing sturdiness and space utilization for easy movement between orchard rows.
- The most prominent feature of this sprayer is its large fan-shaped nozzle (790-800 mm in diameter) with a wire mesh fan-shaped protective cover. This protective cover not only protects the fan-shaped nozzle from branch damage but also optimizes airflow, thereby expanding the horizontal spray range and evenly covering tall or dense fruit trees. Twelve adjustable nozzles on each side of the nozzle provide flexible angle and speed control—available in plastic or ceramic—to accommodate different pesticide viscosities and orchard layouts.
- For reliable installation, this sprayer features a heavy-duty three-point suspension system for stable connection to a tractor. Furthermore, it boasts a multi-functional fluid management system: a three-valve manifold (available in plastic or alloy) enables precise flow control, while a built-in jet agitator ensures thorough pesticide mixing.
