The surface of the Agricultural Transmission Shaft is first wrapped with anti-static pearl cotton for basic buffering, focusing on protecting precision parts such as universal joints and splines; the outer layer is covered with a customized thickened corrugated paper tube, and the interior is filled with high-density foam strips to ensure that the shaft remains centered and fixed during transportation; the outermost layer is encapsulated in a high-strength wooden box, and steel belts are used to reinforce the joints of the box. At the same time, desiccant is placed in the box to prevent moisture, and fragile items, center of gravity signs and upward arrows are posted on the side, and customized plastic plugs are used to protect the shaft end interface to ensure zero damage to the product during cross-border transportation.
