The FASTMA® ATV disc harrow, built upon the factory's many years of experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing, utilizes high-strength materials and precision craftsmanship.Smooth soil penetration, uniform soil pulverization, strong adaptability, and durable stability efficiently meeting the requirements for simplified land preparation.
The ATV disc harrow features high strength, wear resistant discs and an optimized soil entry angle, enabling it to complete both soil pulverization and leveling in a single pass, thereby reducing repetitive labor. An optimal working width combined with a robust, load bearing structure ensures smooth, uninterrupted operation, reducing the time required to cover a given plot while lowering both labor and fuel costs. The machine features a lightweight structural design and low traction resistance, enabling stable operation when paired with a standard all terrain vehicle, thereby accelerating the pace of daily land preparation tasks.
Which types of soil or scenarios cannot be cultivated using an ATV disc harrow?
● Pure rock, densely packed boulders, hard rock base land
The discs are prone to cracking, deforming, and even damaging the suspension and frame, and are basically unable to be used for normal farming.
● Large areas of cement floors, stone paths, and hardened pavements
Not only cannot operations be carried out here, but they will also cause severe wear and damage to the discs.
● The overly hard old wasteland and the long-term sun-exposed compacted hard soil
The plowshare is difficult to penetrate the soil, and it is prone to not penetrating, slipping, deviating, and excessive load.
● Deep permafrost, land with thick frozen layers
The winter permafrost is too hard and forcibly using it can damage the hydraulic, bearing and transmission structures.
● Extremely deep mud, swamps, and quicksand areas
Are prone to trapping vehicles, and plows and other tools can also get stuck in the mud and become unable to rotate normally.
● A forest with dense tree roots and thick shrubbery
The thick tree roots can directly bend the discs and damage the frames, making it unsuitable for forced operations.
● A terrain with a steep slope and prone to rollover
Once the slope exceeds the safe limit, the force on the plow equipment becomes uneven, which is highly likely to cause the vehicle to roll over.
● An area that is too narrow to make turns or U-turns.
The plow implements require space for lifting and turning, and with such a small space, they are prone to bumping and getting stuck.

Repair and maintenance
Upon completion of operations, promptly clear away any soil, weeds, or debris lodged between the discs of the ATV disc harrow to prevent residual buildup from hindering effective soil penetration during the next use.Regularly inspect the tightness of the harrow discs and the lubrication status of the bearings; promptly tighten any loose components, and replenish the bearing grease as needed to ensure smooth rotation. For long term storage, the equipment should be placed in a dry and well ventilated area, and the harrow discs must undergo rust proofing treatment to extend the service life of the core components.
