Working Principle

Hydraulic laser land leveler combine laser measurement technology with hydraulic control technology to achieve high precision ground leveling. The laser transmitter emits a 360° rotating laser beam that creates a reference plane over the work area. The laser receiver, mounted on the scraper or other working part of the grader, continuously receives the laser signal and transmits it to the control system. When there is a height difference between the scraper and the reference plane, the control system quickly calculates the deviation and sends a command to the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system adjusts the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic cylinder to expand and contract, changing the height and angle of the scraper in real time. In this process, the scraper will continue to cut or backfill the soil, so that the working surface is consistent with the laser reference plane, thus realizing efficient and accurate land leveling operations.
