Structural Features

Hitch boom sprayer can be connected to the tractor and is loadable and unloadable. The position and angle of the sprayer can be adjusted according to different terrains and crop heights to ensure the spraying effect.

Hitch boom sprayer usually has a variety of length specifications and can be folded. It can be unfolded during operation and folded during transportation or storage, which is convenient for operation and passing through narrow spaces. There are multiple nozzles installed on the spray boom. Enable the liquid to be sprayed evenly on the crops.

Liquid medicine tank: There are multiple options for capacity to meet the needs of different operating areas. It is made of high-quality engineering plastics or high-strength metal materials, which are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and can long-term use.

Hitch boom sprayer is powered by the power output shaft (PTO) of the tractor, driven by the transmission shaft, and driven by the transmission shaft to drive the liquid pump.

Hitch boom sprayer mostly can extract and pressurize the liquid from the liquid tank and spray it out through the spray boom and nozzle.

Control system: including pressure regulating valve, flow control valve, switch valve, etc., which can conveniently control the spray pressure, flow and start and stop of spray in the cab. Some advanced sprayers are also with electronic control systems, which can realize automatic spraying, variable spraying and other functions.

Common Faults and Solutions

1.Hitch boom sprayer uneven spray

Reason: nozzle blockage, nozzle damage, unstable spray pressure, too high concentration of liquid medicine.
Solution: Clean or replace blocked or damaged nozzles; check the pressure system of the sprayer ; adjust the liquid medicine concentration according to the instructions to avoid excessive concentration affecting the spray effect.

2.No water or poor water flow

Reason: water pump failure, liquid inlet pipe blockage, poor sealing of liquid medicine tank cover, filter blockage.
Solution: Check whether the water pump is operating normally, and repair or replace it in time if there is a failure; clean up the debris in the liquid inlet pipe; ensure that the liquid medicine tank cover is well sealed to prevent air leakage; clean the filter to remove blocked impurities.

3.Insufficient spray pressure

Reason: water pump wear, pressure regulating valve failure, pipeline leakage.
Solution: Replace worn water pump parts; repair or replace pressure regulating valve; check pipeline connection parts, repair or replace leaking pipe fittings.

4.Liquid leakage in liquid medicine tank

Reason: liquid medicine tank rupture, box cover gasket damage, loose connection of infusion tube.
Solution: Repair or replace the broken liquid tank; replace the damaged tank cover gasket; tighten the nut at the connection of the infusion tube to ensure good sealing.

5.Poor nozzle atomization effect

Cause: nozzle wear, nozzle model is not suitable, spray pressure is too low.
Solution: Replace the worn nozzle; select the appropriate nozzle model according to the spray demand; adjust the spray pressure to the appropriate range.

6.Power system failure (for motorized sprayers)

Cause: engine failure, low battery (electric sprayer), transmission component damage.
Solution: Repair the engine, replacing the spark plug, cleaning the carburetor, etc.; charge or replace the battery of the electric sprayer; check the transmission components, such as belts, chains, etc., and replace them in time if damaged.
