  The Agricultural Hydraulic Boom Sprayer consists of a high-strength polyethylene tank, a fully hydraulic automatic folding boom, and a high-pressure diaphragm pump system. Our factory uses thickened square tubing as the main frame of the boom during manufacturing to ensure structural stability even in complex terrain. The core power source for the spraying equipment is the tractor's rear output shaft, which drives the specially configured diaphragm pump via a driveshaft. This mechanical connection ensures the equipment provides continuous and stable spray pressure, meeting the high-intensity plant protection needs of large-area farmland.

Hydraulic System Controls the Sprayer Boom

  This Agricultural Hydraulic Boom Sprayer utilizes a hydraulic system to control the deployment and retraction of the spray boom, ensuring the nozzle is always maintained at the ideal ground clearance. Routine Equipment Maintenance

1. After each field operation, the spray nozzles and filtration devices should be disassembled and cleaned promptly. The residual pesticide solution, impurities and sediment should be washed away to avoid nozzle blockage and filter clogging. Draining the water in advance can significantly extend the service life of the equipment.
