The laser emitter can build a stable reference plane, the on-board receiver collects height signals in real time, and the controller, in conjunction with the hydraulic system, automatically adjusts the blade lifting and lowering, ensuring stable control of operating accuracy within ±2cm.
FASTMA® laser land leveler are widely applicable to agricultural scenarios such as high-standard farmland construction, field crop planting, and water-saving irrigation projects. They can complete tasks such as wasteland reclamation, old field renovation, slope conversion into terraced fields, and paddy field/dry field leveling.
The FASTMA® ground land grader achieves a working efficiency of 3-4 hectares per hour, which is 5-8 times that of traditional manual leveling. A single shift can complete large-area land leveling operations. FASTMA®laser grader utilize high-strength, wear-resistant materials for their core components. Routine maintenance includes regularly checking the hydraulic oil level, cleaning the laser receiver lens, and lubricating the transmission system. After operation, promptly clean the blades of dirt and store them in a dry, well-ventilated environment to prevent rust on core components.
FASTMA® provides a 1-year official warranty for laser land levelers. During the warranty period, any non-human-caused quality problems with core components can be replaced or repaired free of charge.
